TERMS & CONDITIONS Deposit: A $150.00 deposit required to make a reservation. This is taken by credit card and will confirm your reservation. A confirmation will be sent to you upon receiving your reservation deposit. The confirmation will include a breakdown of all your charges and directions to your vacation rental. Balance Due: The balance is due not later than 7 days prior to arrival. Feel Like Home will send you a reminder 14 days prior to arrival with a link so you can process your payment, unless you notify us otherwise. If the reservation is within 7 days, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Once the balance due is paid, you will receive a lock box code to retrieve your keys upon arrival. The keys are located at the property in a lock box. The details of the code will be given to you in your final confirmation letter. No need to go across town and check-in with a management company before entering the condo. Payment by Money Order: The balance due may be paid by money order. Payment by money order should be received not later than 20 days prior to arrival. You must notify us that you are sending a money order. |
